Fee increase from April 2024.

3 months - 5 years
All Week Full Time     £256.50    ( Mon- Fri, 8am-5.30pm)
Full Day     £53.65                            (8am- 5.30pm)
Short Day     £46.15                        (8am-2.45pm)
Afternoon Session     £28.40       (1.00pm-5.30pm)

Morning Session    £28.40 [Subject to availability]           (8.30am-1.00pm)

We are able to offer education vouchers 12 hours all year round, or, 24 hours all year round depending on the amount of funding you are entitled to. This can be deducted off fees for sessions or we can offer various options throughout the week. Please do note that, we currently do not offer hot dinners, the children will need to bring in their own packed lunch. 

 

Also, we will be taking the new government funding for 2-year-olds from April 2024, parents will need to apply on the portal and have a code to see if they get this from the government. This will also increase to children from 9 months in September. Again parents will need to apply via the government gateway (it is applicable for 15 hours a week the term after they are 9 months. We spread the funding over 50 weeks of the year, as we are an all-year-round provider.

All booked places must be paid for whether your child attends or not. Fees are payable calendar monthly in advance against the invoice issued. Payment can be made in cash, cheque or direct debit (payable to Banbury School Day Nursery Ltd). Where invoices remain unpaid by the 7th of the month we will issue a late payment fee of 1%. We require a minimum of four weeks notice in writing of your intent to permanently withdraw your child or payment of four weeks fees in lieu. We are happy to accept child care vouchers and we receive government funding for children over three years of age. We also take 30 hours extended funding. Please discuss this with nursery on how this operates.
